Our Sauna

After an incredible year of running The Sauna Corner at Saltdean Lido, we are taking a break from our sauna sessions in Brighton to focus on other exciting sauna projects. Thank you to everyone who supported us and joined our sessions—your participation made this journey truly special. We are proud to have introduced so many new people to the sauna experience, while continuing to serve our wonderful community.

Although our sauna sessions are on hold for now, the spirit of The Sauna Corner is very much alive. We're excited to announce the launch of our new sauna blog on the website! The blog will explore a range of sauna topics, catering to both newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts. We'll be regularly updating it with informative and engaging content, and we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
