Our entry module 'Hosting A Guided Sauna Session' equips you with all the tools, skills and knowledge to begin hosting your own sessions straight away. You will study the structure of the sauna session and why this is important as you take your sauna bathers on a thermal journey in an informed and carefully curated way.
