As you will remember from the training, music can be a powerful tool to use during your sessions, and here at The Sauna Corner® we take pride in our carefully curated playlists.
Every playlist is structured to reflect 'the wave' which forms our thermal journey. Most begin gently, with soothing notes, before building the tempo a little, and then offering a heart-opening or beautifully lyrical piece perfect when your bathers are in that transcendental bliss space!
