About the event
Building on the entry level module in 'Hosting A Guided Sauna Session', this one day training in leading a sauna ceremony will teach you how to deepen the sauna journey and expand your sauna offering.
The Sauna Ceremony works more closely with intention, safe holding, and opening a container within the sauna that allows your bathers to access parts of themselves that lie hidden, shift emotion that may be stuck, and have a more power transformative experience in the sauna.
Here we move beyond soothing playlists and sauna master as performer and guide - and we connect more deeply with the use of sound and vibration, with energetic cleansing techniques, with the spiritual realm, the cycle of death and rebirth, how to hold bathers in the portal and how to structure an integrative space for the process.
The training day unfolds over eight hours, including theory, a two hour sauna…
