The Sauna Corner® is a registered trademark. Certain names, phrases, slogans, and marks used in connection with The Sauna Corner® training and services are registered or unregistered trademarks of The Sauna Corner®. These include, but are not limited to: The Sauna Corner® and Hot-Cold-Rest-Repeat®. No rights or licences are granted to use these trademarks without prior written consent.

By booking onto and/or attending any training, the Participant is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the materials for personal learning purposes only.

The Participant expressly agrees that they will not, without prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or distribute the materials

• Share the materials with any third party

• Upload the materials to digital platforms, cloud storage, or AI systems

• Record training sessions in any format

• Teach, train, certify, or license others using the materials

• Create derivative works or substantially similar training

These obligations apply indefinitely and survive completion of the training.

Separate Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Agreements form part of the contractual relationship and take precedence where applicable.

4. Bookings and Services

Details of training programmes, events, pricing, and availability are provided on the website or via direct communication.

By making a booking, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate

• You meet any stated participation requirements

• You understand that places may be limited

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

5. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of booking.

All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.

We use third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Cancellations, Deposits, and Course Changes

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Cancellation of a place on a training course must be made at least 14 days in advance of the course start date.

• If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the course start date, no refund will be issued.
  However, the Participant may transfer their place to another person, subject to:

  • Written notification to The Sauna Corner® in advance, and

  • The replacement participant meeting any course requirements.

• No monies shall be refunded for late cancellations, non-attendance, or withdrawal from a course once it has begun.

• The Sauna Corner® reserves the right to change course dates, venues, or locations where necessary.

• If The Sauna Corner® cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered:

  • A refund of fees paid, or

  • A transfer to an alternative course date, where available.

• The Sauna Corner® is not responsible for any accommodation, travel, subsistence, or related costs incurred by participants as a result of course cancellation, rescheduling, or location changes

7. Health and Participation Disclaimer

Participation in sauna, heat, cold exposure, or related training involves inherent risks.

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness to take part

• You will disclose relevant health conditions where appropriate

• You understand that services provided are not medical advice

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Additional waivers or disclaimers may be required for specific training programmes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sauna Corner® and Jesse Devlin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss

• Personal injury or health effects arising from voluntary participation

• Loss of business, income, or opportunity

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Conduct and Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from training or events due to inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
