About the event
Leading a Deep Sauna Journey
Advanced Sauna Master Training with Jesse Inferno
50 hours over one week in rural South Estonia · May and June dates · £1,495
Spend a week on the land of Jesse’s sauna teacher, Helen Möppel, learning to design and lead a two-hour sauna journey from opening circle to close. This advanced training is for practitioners who already guide sauna sessions or rituals and want to explore the deeper emotional and spiritual dimensions of the practice.
You’ll learn to light, heat and prepare a traditional smoke sauna, forage in the forest and make your own leaf whisks. You’ll expand your whisking repertoire, practise guiding a group in self-whisking and explore how plants, breath, touch, drumming and stillness can shape a journey.
