Meet Your Trainer
Jesse Devlin
Jesse Devlin began running guided sauna sessions in the UK in 2021, at a time when this style of sauna experience was still relatively new. Since then, she has developed her own approach to guided sauna, combining traditional practices with carefully structured thermal journeys and immersive experiences.
Her work has helped establish her as a pioneer of the Guided Sauna Session within the emerging UK sauna scene. Jesse has been shortlisted twice for the UK’s Best Sauna Master and, through The Sauna Corner, has gone on to develop and deliver Sauna Master Training and Sauna Host Training.
To date, Jesse has trained 102 Sauna Masters, sharing the knowledge, practical skills and experience she has gained through years of hosting guided sauna sessions. She teaches nationwide and for the International Sauna School in Estonia.
