How do I get there?

If you’re coming by car: we have a large free car park right next to the lido that you can use.

If you’re coming by bus from Brighton: The number 27 bus will drop you off right outside the Lido

If you’re walking or cycling: You can enjoy the beach side cycle or walk under the cliffs from Brighton, then use the tunnel to pop out at the lido (the whole journey is flat)

What is your cancellation Policy?

Please cancel as soon as you know you can’t come to the session. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment using the link in your order confirmation email.

If you cancel 12 hours before your appointment we can reschedule your appointment for another day, if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment start time unfortunately we cannot reschedule or give a refund as it is too late for us to offer the space to another customer. To make sure our policy is fair for all, we cannot make any exceptions to this.

What should I bring?

If you are coming to one of our sauna sessions, please bring swimwear, a towel or dry robe, a smaller towel to sit on in the sauna, water bottle and a smile. For all fitness sauna sessions, please bring the same as above and arrive in workout clothing.

What is the age limit?

Only Adults 16 and over can come in the Sauna, this is due to our insurance provider not covering us for under 16’s.

Do you offer private hire of the sauna?

Is clothing mandatory in the Sauna?

Yes, due to our location, there are children in the lido, therefore swimwear must be worn at all times.
