A Women Only Self-care session for pure pampering and relaxation. The session is aimed to allow women to gather together, to connect and share or just share some stillness and steam.

Every Thursday we run two sessions, 6:15pm-7:30pm and also 7:30-8:45pm. Sessions incorporate a range of wellness practices from mindfulness and meditation, to tapping, massage, and self soothing techniques, along with more classical pampering treatments.

Our highly skilled sauna therapist will guide the sauna session offering aromatherapy and leaf whisking treatments complemented by a range of sounds, instruments and sensations. Along with some Ayurvedic yoga massage and other bodywork practices!

These amazing sessions combine a kettlebell workout with a guided sauna session full of rituals and treatments.
